Why cant you ship certain items?

Products with isopropyl alcohol require hazmat shipping, and nobody wants to pay $20 to ship a $10 product. Water Pipe Hero products may be in a store near you!

We also created the (almost)Full Cleaning Kit, identical to the Full Cleaning Kit, but missing the isopropyl alcohol. You simply pour your own into the provided bottle, which already contains the rest. Stick on the included label with important safety information, and you are ready to go.
